Why are so many hardened criminals and repeat offenders allowed to go back to the streets? Because judges have way too much discretion.
For murder suspects there should be NO bail. Period.
I’d mandate any protester who destroys public property or harms an innocent bystander should spend 30 days in JAIL before making a plea. No exceptions.
These judges have too much power. The best way to reign them in is to mandate prison terms. Perhaps that will stop the hatred and violence we’re seeing in society.
I understand there will be abuses or some idiot AG will go after political opponents. I’ll have more to say on that.
Finally ALL obvious sales solicitations and responses without a reasonable comment will be trashed. Don’t waste yours or my time.
