This past weekend we had several exciting rivalries that came down to the last few seconds and that make watching fun.
In college, I worked in an ice plant and used to deliver ice to the football stadium on game day. You could feel the anticipation, the excitement of what would usually be a wonderful Saturday afternoon. I’m still warmed by those experiences.
Let’s enjoy sports of all kinds and put the societal controversies behind us, at least for a few hours.
